Digint Website Update Log

5.26.08 - A new track, Holy Techno Crunch, has been added to the music section (or you can find it in the hi section of the flash player, as usual). Additionally, I'm also testing out a new flash-button player to allow for instant streaming on a per-track basis from the individual music pages, and HTC is the guinea pig for this one. So far, it seems to be working well, and hopefully it will get added to some of the other tracks as well.
11.26.07 - And then... I dropped off the face of the earth for another year, musically at least. Anyway, Subharmonics now has its own official page, and there's a new song up as well, a darkly experimental track entitled Elec. I don't really like that name, but I don't have a better one for it at the moment, so there you go. Who'd have thought that one of the hardest things about writing a song is naming it?
7.15.06 - And then... I dropped off the face of the earth for the better part of a year. In any case, there's a new track, Subharmonics, in the Misc. section of the player. It's hard to say whether I'd really consider it a song or an improvization, so it might get a page of its own eventually, but I just wanted to get it up on the site for people to listen to.
1.21.06 - There's now a folder called Misc in the streaming player, that will feature random uploads - quick track experiments, sound clips, and other fun stuff that doesn't need a whole page devoted to it. Well... this sort of existed before, but it's now at least somewhat formalized.
10.22.05 - You can now listen to most of the tracks via the streaming player window on the main page (requires flash). Just choose one of the playlists (midi and images don't have anything playable in them), and then select the track you want to listen to, and it should begin streaming immediately.
6.25.05 - Added two major new tracks, Trance Sequence and CoolPad, as well as the very experimental track Power of Chaos. Also added a section that's been in the works for a while, that offers some free music clips and sounds to those interested in creating any type of online game. Plus, of course, the usual minor modifications and improvements.
4.2.05 - A few minor modifications, added some additional arpeggiations.
1.23.05 - Some minor updates this time around. Removed references to the local webserver, which hasn't been serving pages for over a year now. Also did some basic corrections, and added some more info to some of the song pages. All missing pages should now be fixed. The About page was also updated with some new information, including some of my thoughts on creating music, and other miscellaneous updates.
1.16.05 - Finally got around to uploading Remix Test, also fixed a couple of glitches on one of the other song pages.
12.24.04 - Two more new tracks, Minimalism and a Dissonential Noel, have been uploaded. One's quite minimal, with an interesting custom sound, and the other is one for those of you who like to be annoyed by christmas music... Personally, I think both are worth a listen, but that's up to you :)
12.13.04 - A couple of new tracks, Famicom Jam and Arpeggiations, have been uploaded. Give them a listen for an interesting, ambient soundscape, with a very distinctive electronic sound...
11.20.04 - Wow... as you can see from this list, quite some time since the last update :) Honestly, there wasn't a whole lot of music development after that last date until recently, when I was feeling somewhat limited by the speed at which I could compose music, and the limitation of other programs, due to my old computer. I finally picked up a new system, which is quite a bit speedier - and can run all of my software, including some relatively new additions. I now have access to Harmony Assistant with the extended soundbase, GarageBand with a bunch of additional effects and instruments, and Storm Music Studio, so I should have many more additional capabilites for music creation. I have created a couple of songs recently, though... The tracks "My Song" and "AQ Theme Remix" have just been added to the site.
8.25.03 - A new song, Autoditty, has been added and can now be found on the Music page. Also, all songs now have genre and time info added to their pages. Also, a few updates to the Stuff and About pages, and some minor typo fixing.
3.27.03 - The site is no longer under construction - everything is up! Many new songs added, pages updated, all links now work - it's all good!
2.2.03 - Updated pages to reflect new mp3.com limitations. A few of the top pieces are still available for streaming from the site, while everything else is now available through digint.idlecircuits.com.
1.18.03 - A few more updates, new high-quality versions are available for fast download from the idlecircuits.com site.
9.5.02 - Another long time period between updates. What can I say? I've got at least 3 personal websites besides this one, plus I'm also a webmaster for a public radio station, all on top of being a college student, so there's not too much time for updating the site. In any case, some fairly major updates this time around. Added two more of the main pages: the Feedback form and the Music License. Also added song info pages for the Beatbox and Satan-Mucklucks series of tracks, and some more info to the about page. Incidentally, the local server is finally back up, on a Linux box this time, and should be up most of the time instead of very sporadically as was the case before. Hopefully, the site will be fully functional before the end of the year.
5.26.02 - Long time since the last update, but some significant improvements. Added music pages and files for Emotionless, Kyoto Nights, and Matrix Hit. Also added the About page. Hopefully more updates to come in the near future.
12.22.01 - First pages posted online at new website. Only a few pages have had their information completed, so this is a working copy. Links that are not yet ready have been disabled - they will be activated as new sections of the site are posted. Some links may have been accidentally left enabled but will give you a 404 error if you try to access them.
9:40 - the One Silver Bells music page is up.
