The Digint Music License is pretty straightforward.

1. You are granted a non-exclusive license to listen to this music in any way that you want - put it on an mp3 player, burn it to a CD, listen to it on your computer or in your car - I don't care.
2. You are granted a non-exclusive license to perform the music over a listening media, including public speaker systems, terrestrial radio, and streaming internet radio, provided that you make the music broadcast available free of charge.
3. You are also granted a non-exclusive license to distribute the music, as long as you make the music available free of charge and in its originally distributed format, and as long as you include artist credits and a web link (or text file containing a link) to the current DigInt website as part of the distribution.
4. This is the extent of the rights you are granted for this music - all other rights reserved.
5. You are NOT allowed to use the music for any commercial purposes without express written permission from David Kibrick.
6. You agree to hold David Kibrick harmless from any liabilities incurred by the possession or use of this music. While all files are non-executable data files and should not contain any virii, David Kibrick makes no guarantees as to the status of these files, and you agree to use them at your own risk.
